When you connect with our Community Services team, you'll meet with a caring caseworker who will take the time to listen, understand your situation, and work alongside you to identify meaningful next steps. We believe in the potential of every individual and family, and our goal is to empower people to move forward with confidence, stability, and hope.

Through a personalized approach, we help identify strengths, set achievable goals, and connect people with the resources and supports they need to build a brighter future. Whatever challenges you may be facing, you don't have to face them alone.

Through our Empowerment & Pathway of Hope programs, our services may include:

• Guidance navigating community and social service systems
• Referrals to community resources and support agencies
• Goal setting and ongoing support
• Clothing and household essentials
• Christmas assistance for children and youth
• Food support

We are committed to walking alongside individuals and families as they work toward greater stability, self-sufficiency, and renewed hope.
